A you envious of people who seem to accomplish so much?  Do you reach the end of your day, week, month or year and wonder why nothing you thought important actually got done?  Then maybe you should try starting a to-do list.  

 
There are at least three psychological benefits to the simple act of drawing up a list of top-priority tasks–whether or not you actually accomplish them. A to-do list is vital to help you remember things and begin to create a priority list,  can help you to turn goals into weekly and daily tasks and allows you to see where you may be wasting time on meaningless tasks.
